SHIPPING & ORDER STATUS
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. Standard delivery time is up to 7 business days after the order has been shipped. We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.
Orders shipping to Canada and the US qualify for free shipping on purchases of $99 or more; otherwise, a $9 shipping fee applies.
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
You will receive an email with a UPS tracking number as soon as your order is ready for shipment. You can track your order on the UPS website here. If you’re located in Canada, we recommend creating a UPS MyChoice account for easier tracking.
RETURNS
We offer free returns on unworn items with tags still attached within 30 days from the UPS delivery date.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 5 business days. Your refund will be issued within 10 business days after the return is processed, depending on your bank.
To initiate a return:
- Please contact our Customer Service team by email: [email protected]
- Provide us with the reason for the return.
- After review of your return is accepted you may receive a prepaid shipping label (certain country exclusions apply).
- Repackage carefully with all the original hangtags and packaging and apply your shipping label to the reusable bag or box.
- Please include a copy of your Paradox packing slip within the package.
- Drop it off at your nearest UPS location (Canada& US only).
- A refund notification will be sent once the return has been processed at our warehouse.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after your return is received at our warehouse. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your banking institution.
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or credits. This includes items discounted at 50% or more. Final sale items will be clearly indicated on the product page and during checkout.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it as the information is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing.
However, we offer free returns on qualifying items according to our return policy.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the address.
GIFT CARDS & COUPON CODES
Gift cards can only be used online, not in-store. To use your gift card, simply enter the card number at checkout.
Please note that the gift card will be issued in an equivalent amount in USD.
Valid online only.
Simply enter your promo code at checkout and click “Apply.” Please note that only one promo code can be applied per order.
DAMAGED & LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
A description of the issue
Photos of the item (including a full image of the item, close-up of the damaged area, and the interior style number tag)
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)
If your package is missing, please check the tracking information on the UPS website. Occasionally, packages are delivered to a UPS Access Point rather than your home. This will be indicated on the tracking page. If the tracking details are unclear, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
Please note that only gift cards will be issued for lost packages. To place a new order, you will need to use the gift card issued for the lost package.

WARRANTY POLICY
All items come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty claims will be credited through a gift card only.

A photo of the item tag
Please note, we only provide warranties on items purchased through our website. Items bought from third-party retailers must be processed through that retailer.
Additionally, accidental damage is not covered under the warranty policy.
